Returns Policy

 

WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable provided the product has been grossly misinterpreted, is faulty or unsafe. 

Gympie 4WD Spares are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products for return or refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase with copy of original invoice. 

HOW do customers return items?
Items must only be return after authorisation from Gympie 4WD Spares staff. 

Copy of original invoice in originally shipped packaging is required with return of products.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping to the purchaser is non refundable. Gympie 4WD Spares offer (reply paid) free freight on all return products if the product is faulty or unsafe.

CREDIT for returns?
At Gympie 4WD Spares, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. 

Purchasers that are authorised for credit will be refunded usually via the way the purchaser made payment - Direct Debit, Pay Pal or Credit Card or the purchaser may choose to exchange the item if the product was found to be faulty. 

A restocking/ handling fee may be incurred.

Packing materials?
Items are required to be returned in original packaging and boxes as per item was shipped to the purchaser.
